Are you looking for fun 5th grade math activities for shark week? This resource includes 5 activities that you can use with your fifth graders.
What’s Included in this 5th Grade Shark Week Resource:
- Day 1: Shark Coordinate Plane (Students will trap the sharks and tell the coordinates of each corner of their rectangle trap.)
- Day 2: Volume (Students will spin 3 numbers and multiply them to tell the volume.)
- Day 3: Dividing by Multiples of Ten (There are nine puzzles for practicing dividing multiples of ten.)
- Day 4: Multiplication (Students will spin 2 numbers, a 4 digit number and a 2 digit number, and will multiply them and tell the product.)
- Day 5: Rounding Decimals (Students will use dice to roll a decimal to the thousandths place. Then they will round is to the nearest hundredth.)
These 5 activities come in color and black and white, so you can print on white paper or colored paper.
