Description
Are you looking for fun morning work for your third, fourth, or fifth grade students? Why not try a wild, weird, wacky, and wonderful Wednesday?
In this resource, students will learn a wacky or weird fact about an animal, then will be given a list of facts telling them more about the animal. You can have your students use the facts to write an informational paragraph!
This is a fun way for students to learn about some interesting animals as well as practice rewriting facts in their own words.
This resource includes 36 animals and corresponding fact sheets with space to write a paragraph. That’s enough for 36 wacky, wonderful Wednesday mornings!
We also included a Google Slides version in case you want your students to complete the writing digitally!
