Description
This 4th grade math unit covers lines and symmetry. Standards 4.G.1 and 4.G.3 are covered. Your students will learn about lines, segments, rays, and points, as well as how to identify different types of lines on a diagram. They’ll also learn how to determine if a shape is symmetrical.
This is the twelfth unit of 4th Grade Guided Math. This unit is focused on lines and symmetry. (4.G.1,3) (TEKS 4.6A,B–download the preview for more information about TEKS correlation) and is a one week long unit.
**Angles are not covered in this unit. Angles are covered in Unit 13**
4th Grade Guided Math units are recommended for small group, targeted instruction, but also can be used in a whole group format.
